Is it safe for my baby to chew on the leather pacifier clips?

 

Yes all of our cord/laces are safe, lead free/non-toxic. I wouldn't recommend chewing on the leather just because some of the suede could come off even though it's lead and chrome free. But yes it is safe

 

How should I care for my Pacifier Clips?

 

Leather Braided Pacifier Clips: Gently spot clean only. Do not soak, machine wash/dry.

 

Cotton Braided Pacifier Clips: Hand wash only with soap and water. Lay flat to dry.

You can clean the actual metal clip with baking soda or a magic eraser.

How long are your Pacifier Clips?

 

All of our clips are approximately  6 1/2-7” – we have played with different lengths and find this length to be just right…not to short and not to long! Please note that some clips may stretch over time.

 

Will your clip work with my Pacifier?

 

Yes, our clips are universal and can be attached to all types of pacifiers.

 

Are your clips LEAD free?

 

Yes, all of our clips are LEAD FREE and have a plastic insert to protect the fabric you attach it to.

  

Is the glue that you use safe for my child?

 

Yes, we only use non-toxic glue as your child’s safety is our number one priority.

 

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

 

That’s no good! Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

 

 Do you offer returns/exchanges?

 

Due to the unique nature of our handmade products, each piece is unique and there is a small chance you will receive a piece slightly different than you expected or see in the sample pictures (color, size, etc.). Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, but if you have a problem with your order please send us a message to hello@lovedbysophiaclaire.com within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

 

Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email with your order number and shipping status (allow 7-10 days for your shipping status to update). You can also check the status of your order by signing in to your account at lovedbysophiaclaire.com

 

Shipping

 

My order says it was delivered, but I never received it.

 

We’re so sorry! Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do our best to help you. Contact your local USPS post office; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. Our system automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, but sometimes invalid addresses slip through the cracks and become undeliverable, so be sure to email us at hello@lovedbysophiaclaire.com ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.

  

We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses as a result of customer error. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender, we will either issue a refund minus shipping fees or resend it and invoice for new shipping fees. Please, please double check your order confirmation email after placing your order.

 

 Packages that go missing via United States Postal Services (USPS) will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement after 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.

 

What is your current turnaround time?

 

Each product is made by hand, and is shipped within 7-10 business days via USPS First Class Mail a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you need it sooner, just shoot me a message and I can provide you with USPS Priority Shipping Rates. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive once I receive a shipping notification?

All items that ship within the United States should take between 3-10 business days. There are situations where delivery takes longer because of USPS re-routing packages. Just keep an eye on your tracking numbers.

For international orders, items can take anywhere from 10-30 days to receive your order (hopefully sooner). Please try to be patient your items are traveling a long distance to get to you.
